Extremely Helpful

I love this app! You enter your weight and it will set the amount of cups you have a day, or you can change the amount if youre doing another program that uses the 21 Day Fix cups ie. Cize.
You can store your measurements and weight and there is even a diagram person that shows you the exact points to measure. This app is also great if you lose your book because it tells you what can go into each color cup!
The one downside is that other beachbody workouts are put in there for logging your daily workout. You can however choose intense cardio and other common workouts.
